Halloween is a fun time of year that everyone looks forward too.  No matter how old or young you are, you can always participate for the holiday.  The thing that people look forward to most is dressing up in costume.  It is the one day out of the year where you can disguise yourself as someone else and get away with it.  The only problem is that Halloween costumes seem to keep getting more expensive.  Most college students are on a tight budget due to school and all their other bills which can make it harder to find a costume.  If you’re on a tight budget and you can’t afford a Halloween costume this year, you have a few options that can help you out.
