Nutrition:  First of all, you want to make sure you have good nutrition in college.  What kind of food are you eating?  Are you getting together with friends ordering pizza, stopping at fast food or skipping meals?  If so, you want to replace that with healthy snacks and meals.

Exercise:  Getting at least 30 minutes of exercise in each day is important.  Whether you’re walking around campus, playing basketball with your friends or you’re lifting weights, make sure you’re getting your heart rate going.

Priorities:  Make sure you set your priorities straight.  So, when a party comes and people are having beer after beer, you need to remember your health is more important.  Not to mention, you’re there to learn and do well in school.  Its okay to party, but limiting yourself is important.

Sleep:  Be sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.  Your body needs the energy and your brain needs the rest.  So, take care of yourself and be sure to get plenty of sleep.

Make time:  Make time for the important things.  If you have an organized schedule you can make time to have healthy meals, exercise get your homework done, and to get enough sleep.  Set your priorities straight and make time.
