Throw a party with your family.  This may sound boring and you may want to get out of the house, but really, it will mean a lot to your family and it’ll be a really nice memory to look back on in the future.

Get together with friends.   Get some of your best friends together and celebrate.  Throw in some of your favorite foods, put on some music and wait for the ball to drop together.  Also, don’t forget your camera!

Have fun by having a game night.  Game nights are always a good time if you have the right people!  Whether you play some old school Monopoly, Rock Band or games like Twister, it’s guaranteed a blast!

Go see the real thing.  Have you ever thought about going to see the actual ball drop?  If so, why not do it?  It would be a nice get away, a excellent way to welcome the New Year and an unforgettable memory.  It may seem costly but slipt the cost between some of your good friends to make it cheaper!

Vacation for a get-away.  If not go to New York go somewhere fun!  Whether you go some place warm to escape the winter or you just make a little trip up north.  These little roadtrips with your friends are always fun and it is a nice present to yourself from the hectic semester that you just got over.
