Cheapest Place to Find Office 2007 for Students
posted by FindCollegeCards.comOffice 2007 for Student is probably one of the most important pieces of software you’re going to need when you’re going to college. If you’re unfamiliar with Office, it really does it all. From creating documents in Microsoft Word to creating databases in Access, this software package is well worth the money. I did a little research online and visited a couple stores online to see who offers the best deal after shipping, here’s what I came up with:
- NewEgg.com – $94.99
- Amazon.com – $104.00
- Ebay.com – $107.00 – $144.00
- Buy.com – $127.99
After searching through about 25 stores, I just picked out a few because most of the stores were really close to these prices with NewEgg having the best price. There are a couple of shady websites out there that do offer cheaper prices but the no name credibility made me steer clear of them. All of the websites I mentioned above are legit and generally have positive reviews.
One thing you’ll want to keep in mind that if you do decide to purchase through NewEgg, that package will allow you to put it on up to 3 computers at once. This is great if you use a laptop and have a home computer or dorm computer that you would like to put it on.
Also, keep Ebay in mind, when I first glanced at it, the cheapest auction ending was $107 but this changes all the time, so definitely give them a look. Any teacher you ask will recommend Office 2007 for Students. Either check the websites above or check the local computer software stores in your area.
