The experts are stating that the “Netbook” fad is going to go away, and it’s going away fast, but I just don’t see it. Netbooks are great to carry around, easy to use, and they cost next to nothing, and you’re going to get everything you have in a laptop, and computer!
I did some research online, and since 2010 is a little early yet, I wanted to show you which Netbooks you should consider, when looking for one this year.
ASUS Eee PC: This netbook will set you back around $350. This isn’t bad for a netbook prices, and it has rave reviews online. Up to 10.5 hours of battery life, 1.66GHz processor, as well as 1GB DDR2 of RAM.
Toshiba Mini NB205-N230: Comes equipped with a 10.1 inch screen, 9 hours of battery life, and can be yours for less than $350. 1.66 GHz, 1GB DDR2 Memory, and a 250 GB hard drive.
Acer AOD250-1197: One of the cheapest Netbooks on the market, but has some great reviews, so don’t let the price discourage you. 10.1 screen, 1.6GHz, 1024 DDR2 Ram, as well as 250GB hard drive.
Samsung NC10: This Samsung has rave reviews, and specs match up to many of their competitors, at a lower price. 1GB Ram, 1.6GHz, as well as a 160GB hard drive.

The list goes on, and on, but basically these are the top products from each manufacture mentioned above. It’s important to know what you want, and how much you want to spend. By looking at the Netbooks above, you’re going to find out that many of them are very similar in terms of specifications. Make sure you do your homework, and you should be able to pick out one that’s best for you.
