So, you want to get a job in journalism? That’s great! You’re looking forward to a career where you can do just about anything that deals with writing, and research. If you’re researching some colleges today, and you’re interested in getting into a very good Journalism school, let me point out a few that you should check out!
How did you pick out these Journalism schools?
What I did was scour the web, and I based it solely on other student’s reviews, as well as made sure that the school was an accredited school. You will see that these schools are located all over the United States.
The following schools were some of the schools that were recommended by U.S News and World Reports:
- University of Richmond
- Allegheny College
- Hillsdale College
- Rust College
- Thomas Edison State College
These schools were recommend based on student reviews, as well as the Journalism classes that they had to offer:
- Ball State University
- University of Florida
- University of Maryland
- Northwestern
- University of North Carolina
- Michigan State
- University of Oregon
- Temple University
- Kent State
- University of Missouri-Columbia
- Berkeley
From going to a few message boards, as well as reading a few reports, the following schools were the main ones that seemed to pop up all over the place. Now, I know there are probably other colleges out there that offer better programs, or those that have comparable classes, I know this.
